Maria Apesos, Editor

Maria, a 12th grader, is editor in chief of The Monthly Roar, Maryvale’s news website. In her free time, Maria likes to spend time with friends and shop. Her favorite sections in the newspaper include the book review and international news. Starting in the fall of 2026, Maria will attend Northwestern University, where she will study journalism.
